Description
Themis is hiring a Finance & Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its governance, risk, and compliance platform. The role combines financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation with executive support for the CEO, investor and board materials, and follow-through on strategic initiatives. It also leads AI operationalization, newsletter and content coordination, process documentation, and cross-functional operational improvements. The position requires 4–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a related business function, strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
