Description
ThoughtFull is hiring a Finance & Operations Manager to own the financial and operational backbone of its Singapore and Malaysia entities. The role covers bookkeeping, general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, consolidated management reporting, cash-flow forecasting, banking controls, payroll, statutory filings, tax compliance, audit coordination, budgeting, financial modeling, working-capital optimization, and first-line commercial contract review. Candidates should have a Finance or Accounting degree, at least five years of hands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, tax, audit, and payroll in Malaysia and Singapore, knowledge of MFRS and SFRS and local tax regimes, and proficiency in Xero or an equivalent system. The position is locally based, requires local-language fluency, does not offer visa sponsorship, and pays MYR 6,400–10,000 monthly.
