Microsoft is hiring an AI Business Process Finance & Supply Chain Solution Engineer to support enterprise customers in their AI and business process transformation journeys. The customer-facing technical sales role combines Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain expertise with AI, solution architecture, and industry knowledge to engage C-suite, business, and technical decision makers, develop solution strategies, lead technical discovery and proofs of concept, address integration and compliance requirements, and collaborate with sales, engineering, partners, and customer success teams. The role also represents customer feedback to Microsoft product and engineering teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience are required, along with fluent English and Portuguese communication skills.
