Description
Spreetail is hiring a remote Billing Specialist to produce and validate invoices for Platform Services customers, consolidate billing and cost data from multiple systems, check calculations and contract alignment, submit invoices for approval, and issue approved invoices. The role also involves resolving billing queries with internal and external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking customer contacts in Mandarin. Candidates need strong Excel skills, experience with high-volume data and customer-facing financial documents, fluent English and Mandarin, and availability for UK working hours.
