A&L Goodbody’s Finance Group is hiring a finance lawyer to work in the General Finance Group advising on complex and high-value finance transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, fund finance, direct lending, loan portfolio sales, and lending products for financial institutions and alternative lenders. The role is suited to a candidate with 1-6 years of relevant finance PQE who is ambitious, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
