Bridgewater Associates is hiring a Finance Associate, Accounting to support its Corporate Accounting team. The role includes monthly close support, preparation of financial information for internal stakeholders, financial audit coordination, balance-sheet accounting, ad hoc requests, and process and controls improvement using technology and AI. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, 1–3 years of accounting or audit experience, CPA or active pursuit of the certification, advanced Excel skills, AI tooling experience, and experience with Workday, Office Connect, and Workiva. The role requires onsite work four days per week at the Westport, Connecticut campus and offers a base salary of $120,000–$165,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus.
