Audax Private Debt is hiring a Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts, to support financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and control processes for multiple private debt funds. The role includes preparing financial statements, fund returns, MD&A, capital calls and distributions; reviewing fund administrator and audited financial work; tracking investments, interest receipts, and cash reconciliations; and collaborating with Investor Relations, CLO, FP&A, Tax, deal teams, auditors, and stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 2–3+ years of relevant experience preferably in public accounting or alternative investment asset management, advanced GAAP reporting knowledge, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and prioritization abilities.
