Bridgewater Associates is hiring a Finance Associate to join its Finance Associate Program and support business planning, corporate finance, investor relations, financial modeling, reporting, capital planning, valuation, liquidity analysis, and AI-enabled financial analysis. The role is intended for graduating seniors in the Class of 2027 with a finance-related academic focus, strong analytical and math skills, leadership experience, and Excel and AI proficiency. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus, with the expected base salary at 80%–90% of that range, and the role requires four days per week onsite at the New York City campus.
