Description
The Finance Associate supports the CFO and Finance Team with project financing, asset management, investment evaluation, development financing, portfolio reporting, debt management, and capital and tax coordination. The role also improves data and analytical processes through automation, AI, and advanced reporting. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in finance, real estate, asset management, or operations are required; SQL, Python, R, business intelligence, and automation skills are preferred.
