The role covers business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, scenario analysis, financial modeling, business cases, executive reporting, process improvement, and automation of financial workflows. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in finance business partnering or FP&A, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting tools.
