Celonis is hiring a Finance Business Partner in Madrid, Spain, to serve as a strategic financial advisor to Go-To-Market executives across Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner Ecosystems. The role leads budgeting, rolling forecasting, capacity planning, utilization modeling, B2B SaaS metrics, ROI analysis, and executive dashboards, while translating complex financial data into operational recommendations. It requires 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience, including at least 5 years supporting GTM organizations in a B2B SaaS or technology company, along with advanced financial modeling, data storytelling, and enterprise FP&A tool experience.
