Codeway is hiring a Finance Business Partner (FBP) Generalist to act as an embedded financial partner for product verticals and central headquarters teams. The role owns bottom-up app-level forecasting, P&L accuracy, budget discipline, cost allocation, data-to-ledger reconciliation, and growth-unit-economics inputs, while partnering with Product Managers, Growth Leads, and Vertical CEOs. It requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, mobile-app financial knowledge, and fluency in modern collaboration and EPM tools.
