Description
Omaze is hiring a Finance Business Partner for its growing German business. The role partners with leaders across Property, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, month-end close, scenario planning, and process improvement. It requires significant FP&A, commercial or strategic finance experience, strong financial modelling and forecasting skills, advanced Excel, stakeholder-influencing ability, and fluent German and English. The position is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office and two days at home each week.
