Description
The Finance Controller Associate Manager will own the P&L and financial planning for the ECP channel, partnering with Sales and commercial leadership on budgeting, forecasting, trade terms, rebates, commissions, quotas, and profitability analysis. The role leads monthly close activities, builds financial models and dashboards, and improves reporting and data quality. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business controlling, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and ERP and BI proficiency. The position is based in Secaucus, New Jersey, with hybrid or remote work and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
