Description
AstraZeneca is hiring a Finance Controller to support statutory reporting, balance-sheet governance, cash management, transfer pricing, financial control, and month-end close across one or more markets. The role partners with business and finance stakeholders, supports working-capital and cash-generation initiatives, resolves complex financial issues, supervises a Business Controller, and develops the Business Controller through succession planning and employee engagement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, at least eight years of general accounting, controlling, or related experience, SAP experience, English proficiency, and experience with change management and global teamwork.
