Description
The Finance Controller leads accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audit readiness for an aerospace services organization serving commercial aerospace and U.S. Defense programs. The role oversees project accounting, labor and overhead costs, revenue recognition, billing, accounts receivable, and financial systems while partnering with operations, program management, and executive leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 8–10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, aerospace or defense services experience, project accounting expertise, government contracting knowledge, and a CPA or equivalent certification.
