Eaton is hiring a Plant Finance Controller for its Golf Pride business in Tainan City, Taiwan. The role leads plant and division finance, including financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, cost and inventory management, GAAP and statutory reporting, manufacturing variance analysis, and decision support for operations and management. It also oversees hiring, talent development, and succession planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5–8 years of accounting or finance experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with manufacturing environments; CPA, CMA, MBA, data analytics, and English fluency are preferred or applicable.
