Description
The Finance Controller will manage budget control and variance analysis, monitor and report operating expenses, handle rent invoicing and tenant payments, coordinate with banks and other departments, and support commercial lease-related calculations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field, prior controllership experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and preferably ERP experience. The position is based in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, and includes meal allowances, medical and dental assistance, profit sharing, and wellness benefits.
