KONE is hiring a Finance Controller in Lisle, Illinois to lead financial reporting, controllership, audit, internal controls, shared services, payroll accounting, treasury, and working capital activities for United States legal entities. The role manages monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, balancesheet governance, financial statement compliance, audit readiness, process improvement, and a finance team, while partnering with business, tax, treasury, HR, and operations stakeholders. It requires 10+ years of progressive accounting, controllership, audit, or finance operations experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and SAP or similar ERP experience; a CPA or equivalent designation is preferred. The annual base pay range is $179,200–$235,200, with a 20% target incentive bonus.
