Description
The Finance Controller will manage forecasts, budgets, plan-actual analyses, management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance and cost optimization projects while advising executives and supporting strategic decisions. The role also develops forecasting and reporting processes, automates controlling activities, and supports junior controllers, with a career path toward Team Lead. It requires a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, at least five years of Controlling or Finance experience, strong German and English skills, international corporate experience, analytical ability, and a solution-oriented approach.
