Neo Security is hiring a Financial Controller to own the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of accounting operations as the company scales. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, the role manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, revenue recognition, audits, tax compliance, treasury, accounting systems, and accounting staff. The position requires at least eight years of progressive accounting experience, including three years in a Controller or similar leadership role, a CPA, SaaS accounting experience, and proficiency with modern accounting and ERP systems.
