Description
The Controller will oversee all financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and financial performance for a member-focused Credit Union. The role also supervises and mentors the accounting team, coordinates with external auditors and stakeholders, and provides strategic insights to leadership. It is a full-time, onsite leadership position requiring 10+ years of accounting or finance experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting systems, Excel, and banking or credit union compliance.
