Description
The Finance Controller reports to the Business Controller and leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, financial reporting, capital expenditure review, and inventory accounting. The role partners with business, operations, commercial, and finance teams; prepares variance and scenario analyses; reviews cost-saving and capital projects; and supports pricing and profitability decisions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Certified Public Accountant status, at least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budget management, or financial reporting, and a hybrid arrangement with three onsite days per week.
