Description
The role leads accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, audit, treasury, and financial governance for a multinational organization. It also supports budgeting and forecasting, partners with business units, drives ERP and finance transformation initiatives, and leads a finance team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, and fluent Korean and English communication skills.
