Description
PayPal is hiring a Manager, Controller to serve as the financial steward for PayPal Europe, overseeing controllership activities across regulated and non-regulated entities. The role leads second-level review of financial close outputs, statutory and prudential reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, audits, issue management, and governance; represents Finance to boards, regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders; and provides oversight and coaching to the Controllership CoE. The position requires a master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, at least eight years of controllership, accounting, or Big Four audit experience, strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge, and experience with external audits and internal controls. The role is fully remote with a balanced hybrid model offering three office days and two flexible days.
