Description
PayPal is hiring a Manager, Controller to serve as the financial steward for PayPal Europe, overseeing controllership activities across regulated and non-regulated entities. The role leads second-level review of financial close outputs, statutory and prudential reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, audits, issue management, and governance; represents Finance to boards, regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders; and provides oversight and coaching to the Controllership CoE. The position requires a master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, at least eight years of controllership, accounting, or Big Four audit experience, strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge, and experience with external audits and internal controls. It is a balanced hybrid role with three office days and two flexible days, and includes healthcare coverage.
