LichtBlick is hiring a Finance/Controlling Manager to support operational specialist functions and strategic initiatives in its Finance area. The role covers monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, presentations, controlling and data processes, Power BI and financial models, quarterly and annual financial statement support, business cases, and cross-departmental strategy projects. It requires a degree in business administration, several years of experience in business, sales, or equity-participation controlling, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and German. The position is permanent and hybrid, with regular office presence, and is based in Hamburg.
