NYLAG is hiring a full-time Finance Coordinator to support grant compliance, personnel cost tracking, staff funding allocations, payroll administration, grant billing and reporting, and audit preparation. The role reports to the Controller and collaborates with Human Resources, Development, and program teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and 2–4 years of relevant nonprofit finance, grants administration, payroll, or accounting experience. The position offers a salary of $82,300–$87,320, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and follows a hybrid work policy requiring at least two days per week in the office.
