Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Lead to oversee the design, development, delivery, and technical direction of mission-critical Markets Financing applications for the term and flow business, including Repo and Collateral Optimization. The role leads a global development team, translates complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensures high availability, performance, regulatory compliance, and architectural quality across Java, Angular, C#, Linux, cloud containers, databases, messaging, and event-driven systems.
