BioMarin is hiring for its 24-month Financial Development Program, a two-rotation finance leadership development opportunity covering areas such as corporate finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, and operations. Participants receive coaching, training, and exposure to the biotechnology industry, with rotations in the San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to relocate. The program requires an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, 0–2 years of work experience, full-time availability, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
