Description
Coupang is recruiting MBA graduates or expected graduates for its Finance Development Program, a six-month rotational assignment across two of five finance teams. The program is intended to develop finance professionals, with a target start date between September and October 2026. Applicants must have an MBA or expected MBA by August 2026, at least three years of experience in finance, operations, business development, management, strategy development, or a related field, and demonstrate logical/analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
