Franklin Electric is hiring for its Finance Development Program, a three-rotation, 12-month development experience designed to build future finance leaders. Participants will prepare financial reporting and analysis, support budgeting and rolling forecasts, analyze variances, use data and AI-enabled tools, and partner with cross-functional teams across multiple regions. The program requires a bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s degree in a relevant field by May 2027, a 3.0 cumulative GPA, demonstrated leadership experience, and strong collaboration skills; intermediate Excel knowledge is preferred.
