Description
Coupang is recruiting MBA graduates for its Finance Development Program, a 12-month rotation through core finance teams including Corporate Development, Logistics Finance, Rocket Growth Finance, Corporate FP&A, Play Finance, and CFS Finance. Trainees will rotate for six months, be assigned to a suitable team after 12 months, and receive regular employment with a 12-week probationary period. The program requires an MBA, at least three years of experience in finance, operations, business development, management, or strategy, and strong analytical, consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills. The recruitment process includes application submission, recruiter screening, case study and interviews, and a VP interview, with joining scheduled for September through October 2026.
