Richland Library is hiring a full-time Finance Director to lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, payroll, audits, risk management, grants, investments, and compliance for a public library. The role supervises staff, advises executive leadership and the Board of Trustees, and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, public or business administration, or a related discipline, plus ten years of progressively responsible finance experience including five years in financial management with staff supervision. The position is based at the library’s main location in Columbia, South Carolina, pays $115,000–$125,000 annually, and requires 37.5 hours per week with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
