Description
ALAIKA is hiring a Finance Director to own the finance function end-to-end for a scaling financial-services firm. The role builds and leads the finance team, establishes accounting, controlling, reporting, tax, forecasting, cash management, compensation, performance reviews, risk, compliance, and controls, and creates an automated finance backbone. Candidates need a strong analytical background, at least three annual closes under their responsibility, deep HGB accounting and corporate finance expertise, experience designing compensation and performance systems, ERP and AI proficiency, and fluency in English and German. The role is based in Munich or Barcelona.
