Devsu is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial operations and serve as a strategic partner to leadership. The role involves overseeing financial visibility, planning, and decision support, ensuring financial accuracy, and helping shape the company's financial direction. Key responsibilities include leading the monthly close process, preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with Ecuadorian and U.S. GAAP regulations. The director will also focus on strategic finance, building financial models, providing profitability insights, and identifying risks and opportunities. Additionally, the role emphasizes business optimization through cost control, improving financial processes via automation and AI, and supporting cross-border structure optimization.
