Description
Devsu is hiring a Finance Director to lead financial operations and serve as a strategic partner to leadership. The role owns the monthly close, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, cost control, internal controls, and cross-border financial optimization. It is 100% remote in Ecuador and LATAM and requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least three years of increasingly responsible finance or accounting experience, knowledge of Ecuadorian accounting and tax regulations and U.S. GAAP, multi-entity financial operations experience, FP&A experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.
