Finance Director at Hadley Designs

Hadley Designs is hiring a Finance Director to own the full finance function and build scalable systems supporting growth toward $100M. The role leads monthly financial reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, profitability and EBITDA improvement, financial automation, SOPs, dashboards, and ERP or reporting-system implementation while partnering with Product, Sales, and Operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of progressive finance or accounting experience including three years in leadership, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scalable systems, and GAAP or tax standards.
