Description
The Finance Director will oversee financial accounting and finance operations for the German entity while supporting the wider European organization. The role leads and mentors a small finance team, manages statutory and IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, management reporting, audits, compliance, and finance-process improvement. It requires a finance or accounting qualification, accounting and finance leadership experience, German statutory accounting and tax knowledge, financial planning expertise, systems and Excel skills, strong communication, English fluency, and professional German. The position is based in central Hamburg with the option to work remotely two days per week.
