Description
The Finance Director serves as the primary financial professional for Montana State University’s Technology Transfer Office, providing strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, grant administration, royalty and licensing accounting, startup incubator operations, and financial controls. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field, plus five or more years of progressively responsible financial management experience, and offers a starting salary of $90,000 annually. The position is a professional contract with 0.75 to 1.0 FTE, is not eligible for sponsorship, and applications were accepted until an adequate applicant pool was established.
