Description
The Finance Director will oversee and direct all aspects of the finance function, including accounting operation, financial reporting, lender relationship management, and compliance with tax and other governmental authorities. The role involves directing the hotel's accounting department, managing personnel matters, overseeing accounting systems, supporting the General Manager and Executive Committee, providing financial input on business decisions, monitoring departmental costs, and ensuring timely reporting.
