Description
The Bench Director of Finance provides interim financial leadership and operational support to hotels across the CALA region during vacancies, openings, transitions, and special projects. The role oversees financial reporting, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, compliance, internal controls, audit remediation, and performance analysis while supporting hotel openings and mentoring local finance teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, at least 8 years of progressive financial experience, lodging or hospitality knowledge, and the ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
