Description
The Finance Director – Local CFO reports to the Managing Director and serves as a strategic business partner to top management at a large-scale industrial site. The role leads industrial management control, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxation, treasury, IFRS compliance, regulatory filings, auditor relationships, and external stakeholder management. It also supervises 13 employees, including 9 finance and 4 IT staff, and requires a relevant higher-education degree, team-management experience, IFRS knowledge, French and English proficiency, and strong analytical and leadership skills. The position offers a permanent executive contract with a top-tier compensation package.
