Genentech is hiring a Finance Enterprise Partner to support Pharma Technical Operations in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role combines financial analysis, strategic insights, annual OPEX and CAPEX planning, business-case reviews, multi-site project leadership, and enterprise-wide collaboration. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field, at least five years of relevant finance experience including four years in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of production cost accounting; an MBA and GMP manufacturing knowledge are preferred. The expected salary range is $88,900 to $165,100, with a discretionary annual bonus and benefits available.
