Description
Siemens is recruiting participants for its Finance Excellence Program, a 24-month finance leadership development experience. Participants complete three tailored assignments across Siemens' finance functions, including at least one assignment abroad while based at headquarters in Germany, and take ownership of complex projects in international teams. The program offers training, leadership coaching, executive mentorship, and a global network. Applicants need an MBA, Ph.D., Master's in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, 7–12 years of relevant finance experience in industrial companies, at least 12 months of international work experience, analytical and project-leadership experience, and strong English communication skills.
