Description
The Project Accountant will maintain accounting records and cost reports for real estate development projects, manage contractor payments, trust accounts, escrow accounts, reconciliations, VAT and other UAE tax transactions, and support month-end and year-end closing. The role requires UAE experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, and 2–3+ years of relevant project-accounting experience; experience with Oracle ERP and strong Excel skills are advantageous.
