Description

Raytheon is seeking a Finance Lead for the Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) Development directorate. This role involves partnering with program leadership, providing financial oversight, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The Finance Lead will manage development cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) program controls, lead financial data analysis, and serve as a business partner to stakeholders. The position supports NSMS Development programs generating over $300 million annually.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Department of Defense experience.
Experience managing multiple DoD contracts.
Experience and understanding of the Program Business role, including Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Complete (EACs).
Experience with financial systems and tools, including APEX, BW, Rplan, PMX, Excel, etc.
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.
Experienced in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to customers, management and peers.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience and understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Demonstrated experience in a matrix environment.
Experience with financial forecasting, AOP, LRP, and R&O management.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and numerous stakeholders.
Excellent communication and professional skills when interfacing with all levels.
Experience drive change and influence beyond authority level.
