Description

Raytheon is seeking a Finance Lead for the Germany Patriot CSP1 program. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed financial analysis, including monthly variance analysis, quarterly estimates at completion, and utilization of various metrics to ensure program success. This role involves preparing Earned Value reports, updating financial reports, developing EAC/LRE, processing budget change requests, and supporting FP&A activities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.
Experience with finance tools (Program costs, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting).
Experience with current Raytheon financial tools/systems: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Earned Value, Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information concisely to a cross functional team.
Independent, self-motived, innovative, strategic thinker and highly organized.
Ability to tell a simple story based on large data sets.
