Description
TerraFirma, founded by former SpaceX engineers and backed by Bain Capital Ventures, is automating construction to make it faster, cheaper, and safer. This role is for the first dedicated finance hire who will own and scale the finance function, working directly with the Chief of Staff and cofounders to tighten systems, controls, and operating cadence. The role is hands-on across accounting operations and forward-looking finance, with responsibilities including financial reporting, FP&A, systems automation, controls, procurement, board and fundraising support, cost modeling, and non-dilutive financing.
