Description
Glaukos is hiring a Finance Lead, R&D in Aliso Viejo, California. The role partners with the R&D organization on financial planning, reporting, analysis, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, risk identification, accruals, and decision support. It also involves developing financial trackers, supporting business cases, using analytics and visualization tools, and collaborating with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Audit teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of finance experience, complex Excel financial modeling, and ERP experience; medical device, pharmaceutical, or R&D finance experience is preferred.
